You may get astonished by the title– why the wristwatch is on his right arm, not wrist? Does the author make a mistake or something?
No, I did not make a mistake; the watch is on his arm, not wrist.
To explain this clearly, we have to go back to several years ago when he was a handsome young man.
At that time, he fell in love with a beautiful girl. However, he was from a poor family while the girl was well born. So, the girl’s family firmly opposed them to get married.

After work, I got to the station waiting for the bus home.
There were so many people waiting for the bus that I could only squeezed into one after several have gone. The bus was so crowd that I can hardly make a move. From time to time, I felt that I was bumped by others. But what can I do since others did not do it on purpose. Everyone was just taking a bus headed home.
Finally, the bus arrived at the station where I should take off. After taking off the bus, I inhaled deeply for the fresh air. Accidentally, I found the watch on my wrist has gone.
